Return Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, with products unused, in original packaging, and all accessories included. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Returns must be approved before shipping and sent to our address in Asia.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 14 days only if not yet shipped; most orders ship immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled once processed. After shipping, follow our return process.

Defective Products: If the product is defective on arrival, please contact us immediately with details and photos.

Refunds: Processed within 14 days of our receipt and approval of your return, minus original and return shipping costs.
