Thank you for shopping with Top Form Emporium. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.
Please note: We do not offer free returns—return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.

2. Only normal handling is allowed. Returns with evidence of careless handling or damage not due to our fault will not be accepted.

3. Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

4. If the product is defective upon delivery, please let us know immediately.

5. Shipping charges for returns are always paid by the customer.

6. Your return will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving it.

7. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged by misuse.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email: info@treassures.com

2. In your email, please include:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Clear photo(s) of the product (if broken or defective)

   • Your full name and address

3. We will review your request and reply to provide the return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address listed on your package; use the return address we provide.

4. You are responsible for shipping costs and for shipping the package with a trackable method.

3. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you or someone you authorize (not the carrier) receives the last item in your order.

Important:
As Top Form Emporium operates with an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed and shipped immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders once shipped. If your order is already in transit, please receive it first and then request a return according to our policy above.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is finalized once we receive the goods back at our warehouse. Return shipping is your responsibility.

If you wish to speed up the process, please send us a shipping confirmation once your return is on its way.

4. Refund Terms & Time Frame

• Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm all requirements are met, we will refund all payments received excluding the cost of original and return shipping.

• Refunds are processed using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

• If you selected a shipping method more expensive than our standard rate, any additional delivery costs will not be refunded.

• No extra charges will apply for the refund itself.

5. Where to Send Returns

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at your expense.
We will provide the correct return address by email after we have approved your return request.
